09/12/2008 - Photography Monthly Cover Image Dec 2008

My St Johns Point Lighthouse shot (GMCP134) appears on the cover of Decembers issue of Photography Monthly Magazine. it also is featured inside along with my 'Fanad Head Lighthouse at Twilight' (GMCP197) shot in a feature on photographing lighthouses.

27/10/2008 - Take-a-view Landscape Photographer of the Year 2008

I had Three of my images shortlisted for the final round of judging in this years prestigious Take-a-view competion run by Worldwide Acclaimed landscape photographer Charlie Waite.
The Giants Causeway at Sunset (GMCP194), Frosty Autumn Sunrise (GMCP077) & Cranfield Beach & Lighthouse(GMCP186)

Although i didnt win the competition 'The Giants Causeway at Sunset' photograph (see link) has been Commended by the judges and awarded a place both in the Landscape photographer of the year Awards book and as part of an exhibition at London's National Theatre.

My Picture of Bloody Foreland has been used by the Donegal Tourist Board on one of their tourism Panels. It can be seen in that area of Donegal and will have various information about the History and geology of the area.
